Much of my work with adults has been framed by my experience as a child and adolescent therapist. Over the years, I have developed a profound respect for the impact that childhood experiences have on who we become and how we relate to others. As a clinical psychologist, the majority of my training was from a psychodynamic and attachment perspective but I utilize interventions from a variety of perspectives. I find it rewarding to help others reflect upon patterns in relationships, at work, or in parenting, that are problematic or are unfulfilling.
