INSURANCE: Though I am not currently in-network on any private insurance panels, I am happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit for out-of-network reimbursement from your (PPO) insurance company. Services may also be covered by pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Spending Accounts (HSAs).
PARKING: There is ample parking in the neighborhood. A large metered public lot is available as well as off street parking.
